Magnifi’s Generative AI Platform Reveals Advanced Content Regionalisation and Personalisation Capabilities at IBC 2024

At IBC 2024, Magnifi by VideoVerse, the expert in AI-driven automated video content creation, will present dynamic tools for advanced regionalisation and personalisation of content to enable sports, news and entertainment organisations to increase engagement with diverse audiences. Visitors to Stand 5.H52 in Hall 5 and IBC AI Tech Zone Pod Hall 14- AIP4 will experience exciting new features for the Magnifi platform presented for the first time in Europe, including an automated local language content generator, an intuitive video editor, and generative AI-led graphics workflows.

“Building on the innovative solutions we showcased last year, we are excited to unveil significant enhancements to the Magnifi platform at IBC2024,” said Vinayak Shrivastav, CEO and co-founder, Magnifi. “These advancements underscore our commitment to reshaping the content landscape and empowering organisations with cutting-edge tools for enhanced storytelling, native regionalisation and audience engagement.”

New features to the platform include the following:

  • Magnifi empowers clients to engage a global audience on social media by automating content creation in over 80 languages. Rather than simply translating from English, the system analyses and creates content in local languages to ensure cultural and contextual relevance, delivering authentic and engaging posts to help brands resonate with diverse audiences worldwide.
  • Geogating, a crucial new feature specifically designed for sports rights holders, simplifies the process of distributing content based on geographic rights, thereby protecting against legal complications. It also allows customers to target content precisely to its intended audience, increasing relevance and engagement.
  •  The Advanced Tenant Management system provides more control and security over content. By assigning specific permissions to different users, whether internal or external, organisations can ensure that sensitive content is only accessible to relevant teams or individuals, enhancing security and preventing unauthorised access. It also improves collaboration, allowing each stakeholder to efficiently perform their tasks without unnecessary delays, while the streamlined workflow leads to faster content production and approval cycles.
  • Magnifi’s new graphics platform, Design-Systems-As-A-Service (DSaaS), unveiled earlier this year, leverages the power of Semantic design systems and generative AI to deliver fully automated, data-driven graphics workflows, integrated with brand guidelines, across all digital media asset classes.
  • Magnifi is now equipped with an AI Based studio editor to create ready-to-publish videos in minutes. The seamless integration between Magnifi and illusto, the intuitive online video editing platform, offers a plethora of intuitively designed features including a transitions library, a stock media library and auto subtitles in multiple languages, enabling users to fine-tune highlight clips with greater precision.

Magnifi will also highlight its latest partnerships and collaborations on the stand. These include the new extension for Adobe Premiere Pro which gives users instant access to their Magnifi-indexed libraries of assets while working in Premiere Pro. Clients also have access controlled logins through our tenant management update. Additionally, the strategic partnership with Linius Technologies (ASX:LNU), the only cloud-based solution that unlocks the value of video archives, introduces the opportunity to merge live and historical archive content seamlessly, delivering automated, personalised highlights and highly tailored video streams.

Magnifi can also be found elsewhere around IBC2024. In the IBC2024 Content Programme, Meghna Krishna, Magnifi’s Group Chief Revenue Officer, will join speakers from Prime Focus and Imagen from Reuters to discuss AI and machine learning in Media and Entertainment. The three panellists will share insights into market trends and requirements, enabling technologies, consumer behaviours and business models, and share current and potential use cases. The free-to-attend panel takes place on Friday 13 September at 4:00pm on the Content Everywhere Stage, Hall 14 (14.C12).

In addition, Magnifi will participate in an IBC Accelerator session on Monday 16 September at 10:45 on the Innovation Stage in Hall 3. The AI Media Innovation Labs session features a project challenge proposed by Verizon Business, aiming to create the ability to generate predictive video and audio that is authentic and as close to what happens during a live-action event such as a sports broadcast.

The Magnifi platform is available for demonstration on Stand 5.H52 and in the IBC AI Tech Zone on Pod 14.AIP4.Magnifi is available to purchase on the AWS and GCP marketplaces
